If you ordered more than one chakra bracelets on the same day, then they are likely to arrive in one package.

Not satisfied with the chakra bracelet you received? No worries. You can return it within 7 days as from the day of purchase. Please note that we don’t accept returns if the item(s) is incomplete, damaged, leached, or stained. We are sorry to let you know that you should pay for the return shipping.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this mistake and let us know. Before we send you the right bracelets, at our cost for the shipping, we need you to send us photos of the bracelets you got and details of your first purchase.
We will tell our delivery providers to be careful as chakra bracelets are delicate accessories. But we are sorry if the disappointing accident happened anyway.
Please send us photos as proof and details of you purchase, so we can replace the damaged bracelets for you.

Yes. But please keep in mind that we process orders within 48 hours as from your payment. You could not change or cancel your order if the tracking number has been generated, which means your bracelet is on its way home.
